Florence….Imagine Stracciatella gelato as you find in Florence, Italy, in a cupcake..ah, heaven…luscious chocolate ‘chips’ in a creamy Italian vanilla cake---molto bene!

La Sorrentina… Fresh off a lemon tree on Italy’s Amalfi Coast… tart and moist lemon cake, fluffy lemon-flavored Italian buttercream frosting. Ciao, Sorrento!

Emerald City… a Seattle coffee-lover’s dream; espresso-infused chocolate cake with chocolate latte frosting to top it off---let it rain!
