We’re a little ‘over-the-top’ when it comes to cupcakes and here’s why: We know how much joy a single cupcake can hold but only if it knocks your socks off and makes you swoon. When you’re delighted by something, you’ll remember it! And that’s what we strive to do, to delight you, one treat at a time.

Our customers rave about our exquisite cakes, our silky smooth frostings---and how we create such uniquely personal and beautiful designs that are truly a pleasure to bite into. We celebrate the art of cupcaking with our head baker, Dina Napoli, who began cooking and baking as a little girl and was always fascinated by the magic of an ‘easy-bake oven’ and whipping up something special for family and friends.

Dina eventually got her hands on a real oven and worked as a caterer, and attended cooking schools including L’Academie De Cuisine in Bethesda, Maryland, The French Culinary School in New York City, La Cucina del Garga in Florence, Italy, where she lived studying Italian baking and cuisine.

In the fall of 2003, Dina studied under the world-renowned cake designer, Ron Ben-Israel and his team in New York City. “I’m always inspired to try something new and love making people happy through something as simple as a cupcake"---says, Dina… “It’s my way of making the world just a little bit yummier.”
